Volaré Studios, founded by Marianela Calonje Amarante, is a vibrant creative hub in Santa Clara, CA dedicated to dance, music, and culture. We are passionate about empowering individuals of all ages and backgrounds to
discover, develop, and express their full artistic potential.
Since opening our doors in 2018, Volare Studios has offered dynamic classes and interactive workshops across a variety of dance and movement styles, including Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Belly Dance, Yoga, Mat Pilates, and more. Our programs are designed to inspire confidence, build community, and celebrate cultural expression through movement.
Beyond classes, Volaré Studios is a welcoming space for connection and creativity. We proudly host memorable events such as paint nights, birthday celebrations, private parties, and other special gatherings — bringing people together through art, music, and shared experience.

Marianela Calonje Amarante is the Founder and Owner of Volaré Studios, bringing over 15 years of experience as an instructor, competitive dancer, and choreographer in the Latin dance community. Proud of her Nicaraguan roots, Marianela’s connection to Latin music and movement runs deep as it is both her heritage and her lifelong passion.
Throughout her career, she has reached the pinnacle of her craft through dedication, discipline, and an unwavering love for Latin dance. But her greatest achievement is the community she has built.

while fostering a supportive and uplifting environment.
